ACEX Mind respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your ACEX Mind account and what happens when you do.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete in the App (Recommended)
1. Open ACEX Mind
2. Go to Settings (bottom tab bar)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Read the confirmation message carefully, then tap "Delete Account" again to confirm
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 2: Request by Email (If You Cannot Access the App)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you may request account deletion by email:

Subject: Account Deletion Request — [Your registered email or User ID]
Please send the request from your registered email address so we can verify your identity. We may ask for additional information to prevent unauthorized deletion.
We aim to process email deletion requests within 7 business days after identity verification.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data from our active systems:
- Your account profile (display name, sign-in identifiers, language and theme preferences)
- All session records (pre-session and post-session data you entered)
- All tilt event records
- All AI diagnosis records and results
- All training tasks and completion history
- All computed performance metrics (Focus Quality, Tilt Control, Recovery Speed, Training Discipline)
- All reports
What Data May Be Retained
Some information may be retained in limited circumstances:
- Subscription and purchase records: These are processed and stored by Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription management provider (RevenueCat). We cannot delete records held by these third parties. You may contact Apple or Google directly regarding their data retention.
- Legal and compliance records: Limited information may be retained as required by applicable law (e.g., tax, audit, or regulatory obligations).
- Security and fraud prevention: Limited records may be retained to protect the security and integrity of our Service and to prevent abuse.
- System backups: Deleted data may persist in routine system backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
We do not retain your deleted account data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Important: Active Subscriptions
Deleting your ACEX Mind account does NOT automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have a paid subscription, you must cancel it separately to avoid future charges:
iPhone / iPad: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > ACEX Mind > Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > ACEX Mind > Cancel Subscription
Please cancel your subscription BEFORE or AFTER deleting your account. If you delete your account without canceling, the subscription will continue to renew through Apple or Google until you cancel it directly with them.
