Account Deletion

ACEX Mind respects your privacy and your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can delete your ACEX Mind account and what happens to your data.


OPTION 1 (RECOMMENDED): DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP

If you can access the app, you can delete your account directly:

• Open ACEX Mind
• Go to Settings
• Tap Account
• Tap Delete Account and confirm

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.


OPTION 2: REQUEST DELETION BY EMAIL (IF YOU CAN’T ACCESS THE APP)

If you cannot access the app (for example, you uninstalled it or lost access), you can request deletion by email:

Email: jeremy@acexmind.com
Send the email from your registered email address (or include your Account ID/UID if you are using a guest/anonymous account).
Subject: Account Deletion Request – [Your Email / Account ID]

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.


PROCESSING TIME

We aim to complete account deletion within 7 business days after verification. In some cases (e.g., security review or legal requirements), deletion may take longer.


WHAT DATA WILL BE DELETED

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify your account data stored in our active systems, including:

• Account information (e.g., email, authentication identifiers, basic profile settings)
• User-generated content you entered in the app (e.g., session reviews, notes, reflections, task progress)
• AI coaching content associated with your account (e.g., Guided/AMA messages stored in your account)
• Account-specific personalization memory/summaries (if enabled), used to personalize the AI coach for you


WHAT DATA MAY BE RETAINED

Some information may be retained only when necessary, for example:

• Subscription / purchase records are processed and stored by Apple/Google and our subscription provider (e.g., RevenueCat). We may not be able to delete those external records directly.
• Limited records may be retained as required by law (e.g., tax/audit obligations) or for security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
• Data may remain in system backups for a limited period before being overwritten as part of routine backup retention.

We do not retain your deleted account data for advertising or marketing purposes.


IMPORTANT: CANCELING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Deleting your ACEX Mind account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Please cancel your subscription through your device’s subscription settings (Apple App Store / Google Play) to avoid future charges.
